Is there a free trial available?

How does per conversation billing work?
A conversation is a 24 hour window that starts when a message sent by the business is delivered. The first 1000 conversations each month are free in all the paid plans.
Is custom discounted pricing available?
Yes, we have custom plans at discounted pricing for companies that can commit a minimum of 100,000 conversations per month. Contact sales to know more.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel any time.
Can my own number be used as the Official WhatsApp number?
Yes. Spur requires you to get your own phone number to setup as your Official WhatsApp API number. You can also use a number with an existing WhatsApp account by deleting the WhatsApp account.
How long will it take to setup Spur?
Spur is built for speed and ease. You can complete the entire process within 30 minutes, and your setup will be live instantly.
What are WhatsApp Charges?
Check here the rate card for the Official WhatsApp Cloud API. These charges are paid directly to WhatsApp through the Facebook Business Manager.
Can I change my plan later?
Of course. Our pricing scales with your company. You will be billed according to the new plan from the date of change.
How can I talk to my customers on WhatsApp?
You will have to use Spur's shared inbox to talk to your customers through the WhatsApp API account. The WhatsApp app does not allow you to do the same.
How to get the Green Tick verification?
